The boat launch at the Lake Bridgeport dam is located on the east side of the lake at the dam.

Driving Directions

Take FM 1658 west from Bridgeport about 5 miles.  Follow the road's sharp bend to the south, cross the dam, then turn in to the first drive on the west side of the road.

  • Open all year

NOTE:

Zebra mussels have been found in this reservoir. Boats, livewells, and bait buckets must be drained of all water before leaving the area.  Get details.

Northside Marina

Northside Marina is located at the north end of Lake Bridgeport in Three Fingers / Blockers Camp Cove.

Driving Directions

Take Hwy-101 north from Bridgeport to the town of Chico.  Turn west on FM-1810, go 4.7 miles and turn left on CR-1745.  Follow signs to North Side Marina about 7 miles from intersection.

The nearest public ramp is at the Wise County Park.

Sportsmen's One-Stop

The boat ramp at Sportsmen's One-Stop will accommodate all boat types.  Note that it may be out of water when the lake level is low.

Take US-380 west from Bridgeport, cross bridge over south end of lake, then turn in to the first drive on the south side of the road.

US-380 Bridge

The boat launch at US-380 bridge is a single-lane concrete ramp with an unpaved parking area.  This ramp is not usable at high water levels.

Driving Directions

Take US-380 west from Bridgeport and cross bridge over south end of lake.  Ramp is located at the west end of the bridge in Runaway Bay.
